Within both WFI sites we have dedicated administration and service support teams. The administration team endeavour to ensure that patients accessing our service are provided with the appropriate information to ensure that their experience of the service is of the highest level.
The WFI administration team covers all administrative duties for both WFI sites. The passion of the team is to ensure that all service users are greeted and dealt with in a professional, caring manner. The team cover a wide range of duties to ensure comprehensive administrative support is offered to the WFI service. The administration team pride themselves on helping our patients and strive to ensure that all of our service users have the optimum patient experience.
